Autolift Module

• Designed and constructed autolift module that raises baskets with a patented automation system creating the standardization of the pasta cooking process.
• Can be used with either of our electric or gas powered pasta cooker.
• Flexible configuration depending on operator's needs and preferences
• Mounted left or right of the pasta cooker, to either a single or double pasta cooker with the option to use either 1/3 baskets or 1/6 baskets
• Three programs for each auto lift module.
• Simplified electronic controls with adjustable timers.
• Acoustical signal at the end of each cooking cycle warns the operator that the pasta is ready to be service thus avoiding service delays.
• Then the autolift module raises the baskets as the program ends its cycle.
• Consistent quality of cooked pasta all the time and increases productivity whether it is dry pasta , frozen pasta or fresh pasta.
