Rosito Bisani was founded to serve the food service industry — and never left it. Three family generations began building wood pizza ovens in Genoa, Italy in 1969; today our distribution network delivers a full line of products and service to every region of the country.

From artisanal hand-made lever espresso machines to rotating hybrid ovens, we only use premium raw material and intense labor production — for maximum, consistent, reliable cooking operation.
