MVP HYDRA
The MVP HYDRA includes the numerous tools from the MVP model and in addition, the water inlet system has been redesigned to add individual pumps and motors per group to make each group its own autonomous brewing system ensuring uninterrupted pressure on each group.
Standard on the MVP HYDRA is a unique bypass system that offers 4 programmable stages of pressure profiling: Preinfusion, Ramp Up, Full Pressure (9 bar extraction), and Ramp Down. These stages allows control of an espresso shot and maximizes any specific roast profile
The other features include interchangeable brew function, new low profile brew handles, new detailed timer display, separate lower side panel for easy repair access, 4 magnet flow meters, and adjustable water volume. It comes in 2 or 3 group with 2 ergonomic lever-actuated steam wands, optional powder coat finish, and wood package options.
With the MVP Technology, recipes can be saved with manual control at any available program position with the option to fine tune any parameter on the wire controller.
